The cameras sporadically go out and stop recording. Right now they are not connecting nor recording. I would cancel this as soon as I can but apparently I’m locked into a 3 year commitment and still have a little more than a year to go…

Email Address Held Hostage
I need to unsubscribe and/or change my email address. I keep getting messages stating my batteries are low in my thermostats are closing on my “brand new” newly built home. Just to give the benefit of doubt, I changed the batteries against my better judgment and I still get the messages. I tried updating my profile to change my email to a miscellaneous email. I can change everything except for my email address. I promise, it like my email address is being held hostage by Safe Street. Help!!!!

Fraudulent
They enticed me with an offer of $100 visa gift card to sign up for their services. Promising me that I will get the card in the mail 7-10days after installation. My installation was done first week of October. I haven’t gotten the gift card, I have called them but no gift card in the mail yet.

THIS APP IS THE BEST
I love this app so much, I can refer all of my friends to get security and I make so much money off of them. I love Safe Streets. Better than ring, nest, Vivint, Alder, and all the rest. I think I’m going to get Solar with them, I love Solar . I love Solar especially when it’s from Safestreets you should get Solar from them too.
