Much needed
I don’t usually write reviews, but this security guard app has made our jobs way easier. The guards send reports right from their phones and I can see everything live without having to chase anyone down. It’s simple, fast, and doesn’t crash like others we’ve tried. Safetrac is hands down the best guard reporting software we’ve used, and it’s become our main guard management app. Definitely worth it if you run a security company.

This app is very easy to use. It is the best patrol software I have used. We are all very happy with the ease of use and it is a great choice for security guard management software.

One of my favorite features of Safetrac is the mobile admin dashboard. With other security guard software, I had to log into a desktop just to check where my team was and whether they were completing their patrols. Safetrac makes it simple—I can open the admin tab on my phone and instantly see live GPS tracking of all my guards, along with timestamps for their last patrols. It’s incredibly convenient and saves me a lot of time.
I also really like the automated patrol reminders and push notifications. Before, my officers had to set alarms on their phones to keep track of their rounds. Now, Safetrac does it. It’s made managing patrols much more efficient, and my team finds it way easier to stay on top of their responsibilities. Definitely a solid choice for any security company looking for a reliable patrol software.
