As the title suggested, if you have signed up on the website using Google login, this isn’t useful at all.

Can’t login via Google on the app
I had no problem using the website on my laptop. I used Google to login. However, when I got the app and tried to login, it doesn’t work. No option to use Google and the name/password combo doesn’t work. Frustrating.
The worst. Don’t use.
I’m not even sure it’s a scam. Doesn’t work and won’t help me expedite anything even though we are triple vaccinated.
What a waste of time. At this point I’m not sure how far back I need to go to start over.

Doesn’t work, won’t recognize password from login from computer. Won’t sync trips. Waste of time. Complete garbage of an app.

Instead, go to travelhawaii.gov on your phone, make an account with your personal and travel info, if you have a vaccination card take a picture and upload it, if not, 4 days out from your flight to hawaii get your “pcr” test (pcb?) not rapid test! Don’t forget to schedule this test a couple of days before the correct test day, with participating partner like Walgreens.The lab will send you a link with your results in a day or two, submit your results to the .gov site, they will issue you a “QR” code. Then at airport go to the travelhawaii.gov site when standing in line to get a wristband which is you clearance to fly and bypass further harassment in Hawaii, they will scan your QR code(s) to transfer your info. Enjoy.

this app needs to be re-coded. like NOW. the when i try to add a trip, the button doesn't work and i'm not the only one that has to deal with that. sooooo lousy... BEYOND lousy.. if i could give it zero stars I would.

This app is horrible. It won’t let me update traveler information or add my trip. It doesn’t appear to be synced with the website so what good is it? It’s making me crazy!

Now I know why it has a 1 star rating. I’m sure most reviewers would have given it a 0 if that option was available. On the other hand, if Hawaii is looking for a way to kill its tourist season this summer this should do the trick!

This app doesn’t work at all. All it did was make me frustrated and angry.
The app on my phone wouldn’t work, the website on my laptop wouldn’t work, I had to view the website on my phone which somehow worked while the others didn’t? Doesn’t make sense. Ridiculous, it shouldn’t be this difficult. Seriously.
