Efficient App With One Drawback
This app is fantastic for recording Saftey meetings and Saftey events. It is very easy to navigate and find relevant Saftey discussion topics for our Saftey meetings. The biggest issue/challenge with this app is its inability to rotate into landscape mode on a mobile device (i.e. iPad/iPhone) it would be much more user friendly, and probably 5 stars if this issue was resolved.

Changes to app
You completely changed the process to select topics and create a meeting making it more difficult to do what my employer needs me to do.
Not well thought out
Usability is terrible. Creating a meeting takes forever and each screen takes time to load. When selecting leaders and attendees there’s no way to search. Interface is not intuitive and the topics are overly specific. Could be way better with some tweaks
Great Safety Tool
Safety Meeting app is a great tool to be used daily or weekly in conjunction with other periodic more detailed meetings. It keeps employees constantly reminded of risk and precautions of working conditions to keep them safe and protected. The group photo ability along with attendee selection is great for records. The checklist section is equally great. Tech support in helping with creating company/job specific meeting topics and checklist is above and beyond. I can’t begin to give enough praise for the help this team has provided for our company and industry. Thank you in your efforts in keeping our employees informed and safe.

Delivered on What they promised
I’m a safety advisor with workers spanning 3 provinces BC, AB, and Sask. This app made it really easy for our people to complete toolbox talks, JHA’s, Vehicle inspections, incident reports, etc.
But the best part; I was able to review them in real time. Super convenient for our people in the field and super convenient for people in the office. Highly recommend.
