Too bad you can’t retrive deleted notes
This app would be great if you could retrieve notes deleted by mistake. Can’t believe they didn’t think about confirming if you want that note deleted or an undo feature. What a bummer!

No warning, no reason, just gone. No I don’t want to pay for extra cloud storage, I expect things to stay on my device!

If you haven’t noticed, most subscription based business models are dead or dying. People have had it up to here with subscriptions. That was Adobe’s mistake and they never learned. Just make your app available for purchase and I think you’ll see enough people will gladly purchase to own at an affordable price.
Today I noticed after opening a saved note and trying to scroll up or down thru the document it no longer scrolls properly. Not good news.
Swipe down and nothing happens for several seconds, then it scrolls a little. Scroll up, same thing.
Try to close (X) the document and it takes a few seconds delay then closes.
Tried restarting the app, no difference.
Tried restarting the phone, no difference.
This doesn’t happen in the menus, only opened documents.

Some of us never update apps for fear of catching a bug and crippling its use, just like what’s happened here leaving us no way to reinstall the previous working app.
(This serious & dangerous policy limitation by Apple for iOS and it needs to be rescinded, along with their insistence for incessant & minor updates which may introduce fatal errors & flaws like this one)
Bottom line: i can’t use this app to access my documents for weeks until after the developer finds the bug, fixes it, and issues another update.

Worked well until…
Used the paid version for many years until an update or something made it crash every time I try to log in. All my secure data and notes and business information I stored in it are trapped. No contact from support despite several emails and messages. So disappointing and frustrating.

FIX THE COPY AND PASTE. Bring back the “select” option…the “Select All” isn’t always what I NEED!
I currently can NO LONGER simply look up a note, select a password from within the note then copy it to be pasted elsewhere.

Great protected passwords. One hiccup
I love this app because it keeps my passwords safe and protected. One hiccup is that you cannot select key words or copy paste the passwords or user names like normal selections on an iPhone. The only option is select all which I don’t need. I only need to copy and select the user or password needed. I hope you fix this so it works like a usual iPhone select tool.

Syncing across devices cost money?
I was impressed with this app until I went to sync it with my other devices… Not Impressed… the developer expects you to upgrade $$ and then pay for iCloud storage… what a joke
