The Safety Shovel App connects to your Safety Shovel over Bluetooth to control settings and get diagnostic information.

* Change into Rail Safety mode for Rail centric projects

* Obtain serial number
Before connecting your Safety Shovel to the Safety Shovel App, you will need to hold down the power button on the Safety Shovel for 5 seconds to put it into pairing mode. The Safety Shovel will stay in pairing mode for 30 seconds or until connected. If after 30 seconds no connection has been made then the Safety Shovel will need to be put back into pairing mode by repeating the steps above.
