App Keeps closing out randomly.
Great App!
The new Safety Chain app had a rough start with numerous bugs, poor phone UI, no form level overview, etc… But these issues are fixed now and the app is working great! Safety Chain continues to improve their experience.
Poor UI for Phones
(Update): in version 1.23, the UI for phones was greatly improved with smaller text and headers! The overview feature was also added in a recent update. Thanks to the Safety Chain team for listening!
(Original Review): The text font is way too large, making it challenging to fill out forms on a phone, which is how I, along with many others, conduct quality checks. Additionally, there is no overview feature to help navigate through longer forms, unlike the M2 app. Overall disappointment.

Poor UI for Phones

Worse UI and Functionality than M2
New app UI is worse than M2 in practically every way. Has also had numerous bugs as the developers work through the app. Sad to see the M2 app deactivated.

Our team members are excited to use the new SafetyChain app. With the modernized updates and ease of use, we have moved to using the new app with ease. The learning curve was quick and easy with the thousands of team members who use this app on a daily basis.
App does not work most days
This will freeze or completely close randomly throughout the day. Seems to be a major downgrade in functionality and aesthetic from Safety Chain M2.
Incomplete Form Error
Inbox task is fully completed but doesnt let me submit. Had to get a new one from forms to be able to submit it.
