Very upset. Noticed a charge on my credit card for $200 from this company. Called to dispute and their voicemail is full. This app was advertised as free to download and review at a recent safety conference, and when I went to use the chat function on the app to dispute this charge it asked me to upgrade in order to use! If I actually paid the $200 wouldn’t that have been my upgrade? I’m sensing a scam here. I just looked on the AppStore again and it has nothing on cost. It says nothing about charging which comes across as a free app. I’m curious if I’m the only one.
