Great app... BUTTT
The layout of this app is absolutely phenomenal. Not to mention from what I've seen so far, the bots actually have personality, follow instructions, and are easy to work with.
I also really really like all of the features like adding permanent instructions, being able to be and type as another character in the story..
And just how easy and convenient the tools are to work with.
However.
There is no reason I should only have TEN inks.. And it takes a full day to refill. Literally every action in the story takes ink. So when I have to make adjustments, I have like five ink to work with. What kind of roleplay is going to get good in five messages? It's just.. not enough to work with unfortunately. Which is why I'm giving it a single star. It's an amazing app with so much potential..
But how am I supposed to enjoy this app to it's fullest potential if I can't really use it?
I'd recommend giving MUCH more messages to work with everyday. Like 50 or 100. I'd also make it so that we can watch ads for more ink.

disappointed
I've been using the app since it was in the early stages and when they made the change to no longer have an unlimited ink membership, those of us who were grandfathered in were suppose to receive a higher amount of ink on the Pro monthly plan. They decided to change that without notification and when I reached out to support, it took three days for them to answer that they discontinued that benefit in May. I emailed the same day asking why I was never notified. It's been 17 days and no response. Feels like they don't really care about those who have been with them since the beginning.

10 inks within 15 hours
The game use to be fun and so worth the five star rating but they now have implemented this subscription system and you only get ten inks within 15 hours and it's one ink any time you type to add to the story or anything. Don't sound bad till it generates everything out of context and don't follow instructions or anything, anymore.

Best app I’ve found
I love this app so much. I just wish there was a way we could get more than 10 inks every 14 hours. I love to roleplay. I know you can get more or unlimited from paying for it, but I just really want to be able to enjoy this app more. Other than that, 10/10 will 100% recommend.

I love this app and want to keep using, I pay for the subscription. I wish the search function was better and you could search tags. Also I wish you could edit your story’s title once created because it’s difficult to figure out which branch of the story is which also having character profiles (that you don’t play as, just to help with the prompts) would be amazing too, since there only so much space for the story and I like having multiple and detailed characters. Also an option to make it to where it’s more of a chat like where the characters don’t like ask you multiple questions and then just move on, it’s kinda frustrating

Really helped me with perfecting my own writing style. Great role play, and so unique from the other apps like it! No need to force feed backstory of an entire show or book series, it already knows it! So happy they brought it back!
Says it’s for 18+ but now it’s restricted for children aged players.
I used to love playing this app before they started adding more and more restrictions to it. This game is supposed to be for 18+ but they’re adding restrictions for kids who shouldn’t even be in the app. And when you are playing a story where you’re playing quidditch at Hogwarts, and you’re supposed to put your background in the persona, you can’t do that when you’re being restricted. My character played quidditch as a kid but I can’t put it in there because they automatically change it to nineteen for children. IT IS A CHILDHOOD PIECE IN A BACKGROUND! Nothing bad happens in a persona! So since they keep adding more restrictions to it for kids who aren’t even supposed to be on it, I’m canceling my subscription and looking for something else. Last I checked, it’s not everyone else’s problem to watch your kids. Legal age people can’t have anything nowadays.

It's definitely not a bad game unless your super creative and want the story line to stay on track because AI will add stuff you didn't add to the story, it will make your character speak or do things without you putting it, it will have the other characters no where around but put it as if they know what your doing or going to say before you ever put anything like they are creepy stalkers with a hidden mic or camera following you around. Constantly regenerating and using points just to do so an now you gotta pay for them points I do more regenerating for it to stay on track and not make the characters seems like a stalker than I do writing g the story

This is a ploy for money
I saw an ad on TikTok for this and thought it looked interesting. It let me have about 5 messages for free before I ran out. I thought eventually ink would come back so I could use it more but no. They just want you to spend absurd amounts of money on this silly little game. I could do the same thing on like chat gpt. Don’t recommend.

Too expensive
I love the content, but holy cow is it expensive!!! The free Ink that they give you in the beginning goes quick and there’s no way to get any for free, you have to pay and it’s so much. I’ll be looking for another app.
The best app of its kind
After having tried several apps that supposedly offer the same kind of service, this one is BY FAR the best. The characters stay in character, the memory of the AI is insane and the subscription is really 100% worth it if you plan to use this kind of app regularly. Simply the best for writing.

Best app EVER!
This app, by far, is waaaaay better than any other storytelling/AI app. You don’t tell the stories via texts, you become part of the story as the author or role player. You have so much creative freedom and the features just get better and better and better with each new development. I have never been so in love with an app and what it allows me to do.

J'étais un peu septique au départ, avec seulement un compte gratuit c'est difficile d'avancer dans les histoires. Mais honnêtement l'abonnement vaut tellement le coup, c'est la meilleure application de RP que j'ai testé. L'IA a une bonne mémoire, les détails de descriptions sont super, elle prend elle-même des initiatives pour garder les choses intéressantes. Le nombre de caractères disponibles pour créer les histoires et les persona est vraiment un plus et donne beaucoup de possibilités. Je suis tellement contente de pouvoir continuer à l'utiliser !
