I can’t even sign in. I scanned the QR code, it takes forever and then says it failed.
Buggy
App currently freezes every time upon launch and exits. Overall the app is experiencing is terrible.

Failure of an app
I honestly cannot believe this is even considered to be an “app”. I have had screensavers with more functionality. I would love to speak to the lead developer on this and their honest opinion on this app, I cannot imagine there being any pride behind being involved in this app.
Fix it
It can't open on my iphone. I am tired now of visiting the HR offices I felt like am an idiot.

Can’t download payslip from app. This is truly frustrating.
Can no longer view payslips
Since April 2025, payslips no longer open. I’ve tried Adobe acrobat, chrome, gmail as well as trying to send the payslip as a WhatsApp doc but all methods fail to open the payslip.

Can’t open pay slips and leave booking doesn’t go through
App is pretty much useless. I can’t get the pay slips to open and if I book leave on the app it never goes through for approval, I always have to log the leave from the sage portal at work.
