The Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated (SSI) is a Designated Sahtu Organization (DSO) pursuant to Chapter 7 of the SDMCLCA. There are two classes of shares. Firstly, the 7 Land Corporations are the only Voting Members and secondly, the Individual Beneficiaries are Non-Voting members.

The Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated (SSI) has the obligation to implement the SDMCLCA and is the trustee of the Sahtu Trust and Sahtu Master Land Agreement Trust.
We undertake this work on behalf of all the beneficiaries of the Sahtu Land Claim Agreement.
