Citizens can: • Sign in with phone OTP • Accept community terms before using the app • Connect with their assigned community leader • Share village updates, posts, and stories • Submit help requests • Optionally upload ID documents later for leader verification (not required to register) Leaders can: • Approve citizen registrations • Manage help tickets and village updates • Post stories and content for linked citizens Community safety: • Report objectionable posts and comments • Block abusive users (their content is hidden from your feed) Languages: Hindi and English.
