マッチング率が大きく下がった
4年ほど利用しています。外国人側の利用プランが大幅に値上げされ使う外国人が減ったのかマッチング率が大きく下がって予約が成立しないことが多いです

アプリDL後の登録作業が完了できません。
LINEを使って、一度は「登録完了、アプリを開始してください」みたいなメッセージが表示されたのに、アプリを開くとまた新規登録の画面になってしまいます。

Cannot create profile
When creating an account the save button on the hobbies screen is broken so I cannot save my profile and continue to using the app.
Video conversation does not work
I have heard about this app on NHK world. Installed it and had the first conversation planned. That part went mostly smoothly even though the app is a bit slow.
Then the time came for the conversation. There was a very nice elderly lady. However we could not communicate properly as audio and video would not function properly. I felt really bad for making her to go through that. And I feel bad that I could not learn more about her as she seemed to be an interesting person.
The current version of the app is a total disaster in terms of quality of communication. NHK World should stop promoting this immediately.

台湾や東南アジアの人とたくさん話して楽しい時間を過ごしていました。最近はヨーロッパや南米の人ともマッチングすることがあり、新たな繋がりがありました。何ヵ国もの人と仲良くなれると世界旅行をしている気分ですね。もっと多くの国の方とお話ししてみたいので、もっともっとサービスが大きくなることを期待しています。
