Doesn’t work
I’ve been an iPad subscriber for many years and all of sudden cannot access new issues, just old. Restoring doesn’t work, deleting the app and reinstalling just lost me access to old issues.
Currently can’t use
Have been subscribed for a few years now but suddenly can’t read issues. Restoring purchases doesn’t work.
Worthless on an iPad Pro
Upgraded to an iPad Pro. Now I can’t restore or sign in using my iTunes account.
Crash and Burn
Why do I keep trying with this magazine? The app crashes and closes out. I have to restart it and open from the front page. Completely frustrating.
Great magazine poor app
Keeps quitting in unpredictable ways. Occasionally some issues don’t load properly. Can’t be shared with family sharing.
Don’t buy!
Not formatted for an iPad... very poor experience. Cancelled auto renew as soon as I got it, but out 12.71...
Can not download current issues.
I can download old issues but not current. Very unhappy, customer service says need to try three times a day, I have tried three times a day for a week, still nothing.
It’s the worst
Issues only viewable upon initial download. Return to an issue and it’s just a white screen. Keep expecting updates to resolve the issue, but no.
Requires you to buy electronic subscription
I will delete this app because we have to pay for the electronic version in addition to my print version. Yeah, no.
Have not got a clue!
I pay the subscription, download the app and then silence. After two emails, I am told that my subscription starts in three months time.

No Zoom!
What is the deal with the development of this app? 1st we get buggy apps that don't work and this goes on for a year, we finally get a working app now the app no longer allows you to zoom and the text is horrible. I am guessing I must be one of a very few digital buyers at this point as everyone else has given up. Love Sail mag hate this crappy app!

Horrible!
I was excited to get my Sail issues on my new iPad. Sadly, I can only see the first issue of my year subscription. The second issue has yet to load.
Update pending, hence no new magazines
Spoke with Tech Support today - my magazines stopped uploading 2 months ago. They tell me the app is being updated, as well as magazine uploads, so it'll be a while. Funny, you think they'd want to save the trees and environment and all....
App doesn't work/no customer service
I should have paid attention to the other reviews posted. I cannot access any new issues posted, and have repeatedly sent e-mails to customer service to resolve the problem- which they have repeatedly ignored. Don't waste your money.
Download quit working
App quit working even when buying another subscription. No support to fix issue.

UPDATE: Latest update now works on IPAD!!!!! Sail Magazine is no longer able to download my subscriptions on the IPAD. Now I see another with the same issue. Past reviews reveal that this app is unstable. Will not renew and will warn others.
UPDATE: THE MAGAZINE IS STABLE UNDER NOOK APP ON IPAD. Buy from Barnes and Nobles. NOT iTunes . This app has been a rip off for a long time. In all fairness most likely from iOS 8.0.2. But still Active Interest Media are the thieves. Not Sail magazine. Staff sympathetic but the developers are lazy for allowing this to go on as long as this has been and truly do not see a happy outcome. Run like your hair is on fire from iTunes magazine subscriptions

The latest update has arrived and I can't be happier. App works as promised, and presents Sail in stunning detail and design.
Not happy
Stopped working with the release of IOS8 and still does 't work. Now asks to download newer version of the app - which doesn't exist. Emails for months to circulation go ignored.
Unable to download issues
Keeps telling me I need to update the app. Have just installed from App Store!

I don't understand how SAIL Magazine can let is go so long. I called them three months ago and they said they were working on it. Don't they care that digital subscribers are paying them and not able to use their product. How can they be so incompetent to let this lag for so long, completely ignoring their readers and subscribers?
