This is an excellent app for the club racers and given you can email the results directly from the app means no more soggy bits of paper to worry about super easy to use

Works well, like it. However would it be possible to allow ‘boat entry’ to sort alphabetically plus add in the PYA automatically.

The latest version of the app now does fully support all Portsmouth handicap systems.

Awesome app but could use a little more info.

Great app for OOD but would do a little better if could have the option to add columns to enter helm/crew name, boat type and category. Then allow all these data to be sorted with a filter just like on Excel Spreadsheets.

Works perfectly for IRC

Thanks for the app, helps the crew know where they are immediately after the race rather than waiting for the OOD to post the info

Hello, We are happy to announce that the latest version of this app does fully support average lap. There are many sailors and clubs using this app now with average lap very successfully.

No Handicap data

Pour utiliser l'application, vous devez enter manuellement les valeurs d'handicap pour chaque bateau. Pas très pratique. Ces informations devraient être intégrées. Rien ne le mantionne dans la description. Je viens de gaspiller 7$.

To use the application, you must manually enter the handicap values for each boat. Not very practical. This information should be integrated. It is not mentionned in the description. I just wasted 7$.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The latest version of the app does allow ORC handicap values to automatically download to the app.

Good little app

A good little app that does what it claims, but is quite expensive. For the price it needs a few more features:
1) the facility to calculate average lap times
2) extra fields for sail number and class rather than just 'name'.
3) ability to export the finished results as a csv spreadsheet for incorporation into series results software.
If your club uses sail wave then this app is not for you, but in a small club or in an open boat where using a laptop is impractical this app is quite useful. With a little development it could be really good.

Hello, The latest version of this app does support average lap and it also does support exporting and emailing the results in CSV format (Excel). The boat name field is text input so there is nothing stopping you from entering the sail number or other info in this field if you wish.

Put in Portmouth yardstick handicaps and got crazy results. Waste of time and money.

The latest version of the app does have settings which allow the Portsmouth handicap system to be selected and the handicap results will be accurate.

A great start

This is a very handy little app that would be vastly improved with the ability to add starting & finishing times and hence calculate elapsed times as well as corrected times instead of just relying on the inbuilt timer.

It seems to me the market for this is yachties wanting a rough idea of how they've gone in a race rather than race officials, to whom it appears to be aimed.
