Sailino Anchor
Anchor watch from one number
About
What's New in Sailino Anchor
2.0
August 17, 2026
New in version 2.0: – Simple mode: start an anchor watch from one number — how much room the boat has. No chain length, no depth, no bearing. – The anchor finds itself: once the boat has swung far enough, Sailino Anchor works out where the anchor actually lies and offers to centre the watch on it. – The anchor itself is now watched, not just the boat — which is what catches an anchor creeping a couple of metres an hour while the boat stays well inside its circle. – The track is drawn from the moment you start, with a marker on the spot you started from. – Carried-phone detection: the watch suspends itself and says so, instead of reading your walk down the pontoon as a dragging anchor. – Leaving the watch circle now sounds a loud alarm and keeps repeating it. – Optional: share anonymous anchoring data to help improve drift detection. Off by default, and never your position.
