Constantly have to sign in each time I open the app…
login doesn’t work
what the title says. the login page always gives me a white screen with “…”. i deleted and redownloaded the app and it still doesn’t work. what a shame.
It’s dead
Only thing that works is barcode display. Everything else no longer works. Apparently zero support for the app.
Server unavailable
I've tried multiple different WiFi networks and even Moble data like it says, but it does not work. I can't remember when my books are due and this app was very important for me, but this error has ruined everything.
Just stopped working
I relied on this app and unfortunately, the ones who hosted this app just stopped doing their part. Now, library patrons are without the app and the library is left to adapt without notice. Who does that to a library? App support redirects to the library but the real managers of this app are blissfully unaccountable for the effects they set in motion. That’s messed up.

Disabled entirely
This app no longer works. completely useless.
Awful
This app is crap!! It was working fine for me until recently and the last couple days it’s been telling me to connect to a network and try again. And I have uninstalled it and downloaded it again. Still getting the same messages. And all the other apps on my phone have been working fine without me checking my network.

Annoying app
It keeps signing me out and won’t let me sign back in. Very annoying because I am always trying to get books.
Once good app has gone bad
The SAILS app used to work the way it’s supposed to work. Now it works a bit but two important function are failing: I can no longer see my holds and checkouts even though I know they are there. I can set a hold, just can’t see it using the app on my iPhone 8 and iPad. (I can view these functions going through the library web site on my desktop.)
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Same results.
Please fix this app.

Barely works
I can no longer log in, and the barcode scan doesn’t work. The search function is trash, and never finds the right books. They layout is slightly confusing as well. It is also extremely slow. It also has not had an update since I got it, or not one the fixed any of the problems.
Great app
Perfect for if you forgot your library card at home ( as I do many times), just put in the number and voila!
Doesn’t work
Using my correct library card number and pin and does not work. I have checked multiple times over past 2 weeks.

App is quirky and doesn’t work half the time
Since this is the only choice now for putting books on hold I wish it actually worked. Most of the time when I check my holds it says I have none. I have to log out and log back in multiple times before it works.

Improvement
I like this new version. It’s much better to maneuver around. Plus side is it auto renews your books for you. Which is good cause sometimes I forget. I also take care of my kids accounts. So remembering to renew 3 accounts is hard. Down side is it renews it 3-5 days early. So you basically loose 3-5 days with the book.

Good update
The updated SAILS app is a big improvement. It’s not the most sophisticated or intuitive design, but it does the job—you can see your account information, search for books, etc. without having to go onto the library’s web site.
Need to update!
I use this app daily to check on holds, check outs, due dates and more! I can no longer use it as of today (9/20/17) because it needs to be updated to work with iOS 11!
What happened!!!!
Can no longer access anything in my bookshelf. The app just shuts down!!!! Aargh!!!!!
A good start
Not bad. A little buggy, sometimes black screens but when it works, it does what you want, look up and order books.
Two additions would be welcome: A way to browse through museum passes and a way to send the developer a note.
