Very unprofessional
I’ve booked the same appointment twice and was told I’d receive a callback each time, but I never did. It seems residential customers are not given the same priority as corporate clients. If you don’t intend to serve residential customers equally, please be upfront about it instead of implying otherwise. Would have given 0 star if it was possible.

About service
I booked a service. A lady called and said someone would call me in an hour, but nobody called. I called back that number, but there was no response. This is very unprofessional. You guys need to work on communicating and providing service to your clients rather than just making a fancy app.Very disappointing !
