Make sure you didn’t get logged out
The app is user friendly in terms of layout, but functionality will make you want to yeet your phone out the window. It continually crashes, logs you out and is super laggy. Please please invest in and fix the app. I integrate Sakari with HubSpot, so it’s a fabulous sms solution, but I woul really like to be more mobile and rely on the app. Please fix this.

Good app
I very much enjoy keeping in touch with my clients while I am out of the office! Would like an unread button on the app to keep track easier.
Do not rely on this app
This is continually hanging, crashing and completely just logging you out. So, someone could txt you and you would never know it. I love the platform, capabilities and the integration, PLEASE FIX THE APP TO BE MORE USEFUL AND USER FRIENDLY.

App continues to crash (1-8-2023). I have to go through 3 different login screens to access app. Notifications are completely unhelpful, especially since when you open the app it shuts down immediately. This app is TRASH.
Notifications do not work
The app is easy to use but the notifications come in hours after they are received and require another application to notify you in real time.
