Continuously login screen pops up

What a waste of time. I login to the app by OTP then I fill all the details for my name correction and when I submit the form it asks for again to login with OTP. The process is a loop, it never submit’s the form. Also I can’t see a page to see open requests.

App is crashing as soon as I try to select state

App crashed whipe selecting state

I have been facing app closure instantly while slection of state since passed 3 month.
I thought it have been fixed by now but nothing as such.
Please look into it.

Bug in app

This app get crashed when selecting state in search by details. For your reference my iOS version is 17.4.1.

Worst Govt App

I was trying to get my corrections done on voter id. under state dropdown, values are not appearing. If you click on state drop down, app crashes and you will have to login again and then again the app crashes. One of the worst govt app. Please dont download

New voter

After filling following application when it comes to disability page it is asking you should select any one of disability option 🤦

ECI Apps Suck

In registration process it says tick a box for disability (if any). By the description this should be optional field but the app doesn’t allow to go to next step without selecting a box. And then it asks to upload supporting disability document.

I don’t understand why the government can’t hire decent IT product managers.

Do not download. The other ECI app called Voter Helpline doesn’t get stuck at above step but crashes on the last screen after meticulously entering all details and uploading supporting documents.

ECI apps suck.

Pathetic App

Initial navigation was good. Once you start filling the application form, the issue starts. In 3rd screen, “Specify disability if any” is a section, app doesn’t allow without selecting any disability. Not sure why a person to be disability for having a voter id.

Waste of time and better government doesn’t spend on such stuffs

Blank Screen

App is not working. When we try to login using the OTP then it shows the blank screen.
