Why am I paying their convenience fee
I was all gung-ho for ordering the app through the app and have been until they started charging a convenience fee. This app is convenient for the business too. It takes orders automatically, processes and reduces some of the work on their end. So charging customers a “convenience fee” for a system that also benefits the business feels backwards and exploitative.
