Після оновлення в меню «Мої замовлення» нічого не відображається.

Замовлення в Сакура

Щойно замовила набір суші на подарунок. Перший раз випадково відмінила замовлення, замовила повторно. Не розумію, чому у програмі операції виконуються трьома мовами - українською, російською, англійською. Через це у мене і сталася така ситуація. Сподіваюся, що сума відміненої оплати таки повернеться назад на рахунок.

Але не це найбільша проблема. За замовлений набір суші до оплати мало бути 533.20. За завантаження додатку мало бути відмінусовано 50 грн. Але при розрахунку двічі оплати а 583.20. Для чого тоді обіцяти такі умови, та ще й через рекламу у блогера?

Не юзерфрендлі

Додаток зовсім не юзерфрендлі, особливо поле вибору дати народження, етап реєстрації - біль, поки зрозуміла, що так і не вдалося залогінитися, прийшлось разів 5 вводити свій номер телефону! також при використанні бонусів чи промокоду користувача не повідомляє додаток про те, що можливо використати обидві опції
