Can’t share home settings since app update
Since the app updated this week I cannot share my home settings with others. Faults out. Emailed pixie support. They responded and recommending I share the home settings with other. They clearly didn’t read the information I shared with them. Crappy support. Disappointing update to a previously decent app.

Music Sync
Been using LED lights for a while now, how the hell do you music sync? I’ve ported my music to mp3 but the app still doesn’t give me the option of playing my music. The program gets boring after a while and I would love to actually use the music sync if it did work. Please fix it or at least give me more information on how to actually connect it instead of giving me useless information on the help page.

Been using the led strip lights for ages but there is a very limited amount of things you can do. I’d think if you could change multiple colours on one strip rather than it just being one colour, or being able to make your own colours by controlling the red blue and greens
Worst UI in history and poor automation
It’s hard in 2021 to have to witness an app with an interface straight from 20 years ago. Clunky, slow, unintuitive. On top of it all, while every modern app allows to use Siri Shortcuts as part of the automation, SAL think they’re smart and sell a Gateway on the side for over $350 just for the luxury of integrating with a smart assistant. Thanks but no thanks.

This app is useless 1st time I used it I had a blank blue screen 2nd time I used it a blank black screen 🤷🏽♀️both times o have had to delete & reinstall app. Sort it out guys. Wasting my time ......
Just amazing
I had dimmable down lights installed with the sunny sal pixie wifi app. I can’t believe what a difference they make. Now I can control all my lights from my phone. Turn them on and off before I come down the stairs or from anywhere in the house, just simply from their app. Dim them from the sofa if I think they’re too bright. I wish I had installed them sooner. Thanks so much Sunny you’ve made it so easy!

Something has been broken in the latest update. The progress bar gets stuck at 19% upon startup, preventing you from accessing any lighting controls. Please fix quickly.
Easy and no internet needed
This App is super easy to use and I don’t need to be connected to the internet or my WiFi for this to work. It just works.

What is the use of jetty lights that you can only turn on from a couple of metres away? The reason we had this installed was so we could turn them on and off when and where we pleased. Even late at night. Bitterly disappointed with this product. It is of no use to us
