Porém devia ter a opção de cancelar também pelo aplicativo, um determinado dia havia marcado e um dia antes percebi que não iria poder comparecer, não consegui cancelar no aplicativo.

Deveriam orientar as lojas que se o horário ali está disponível para ser marcado devem cumprie.
