Needs a lot to improve
Some decent discounts available but the app itself is really buggy and can be tricky to navigate.
I’d advise anyone to screenshot the QR code and details of purchased gift cards as soon as you can as there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to access it from the app when needed and the feature to store them in your Apple wallet has never once worked for me.

App Not working
Have used the app many times over the last few years with no problems but this week I’m unable to log in, says either email or password incorrect which I know is not the case, so tried to change password which I’ve now done several times says an email has been sent but no email comes through to my inbox or junk folder, very disappointed…

Useless app
App is useless, many times fails and you have to kill the app and restart again. Some gift cards can’t be available even you paid for them

I’ve reloaded the app multiple times. Unfortunately I’ve paid a sizeable amount to get a gift card for a product that is running low on stock. I’m close to being left out of pocket whilst the item (a birthday present) goes out of stock. Because I just get a spinning circle. Awful. And can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out it’s never ever been this bad before. Over a day I’ve waited for the gift card to load. Over a day!

There is better out there
Frustrations with App. I know you shouldn’t compare, but still!!
Not to be able to top up. Not be able to remove used vouchers
On some vouchers doesn’t show correct balance, only what the voucher value was. And finally( only been using for a few weeks!) I am unable to add to my apple wallet!! All that comes up in a load of rubbish text

Would be better if…
Pluxee app was better as I had the ability to move used vouchers out of the list of cards so it was easy to see what cards had vouchers on them.
I do like that I can pay by Apple Pay.
Vouchers come through instantly which is good as it means I can buy a voucher in the shop when I’m there. But it doesn’t seem to have discounts like I had on Pluxee ie M&S. plus the value of the discount is lower too.

Pluxee is much better
Discounts are lower than Pluxee. App is harder to navigate. Can’t sort discounts purchased into which I want to keep and which have no value. Can’t get to main website or to wider info. There’s a lot to improve with the app and the offering.
Logging in issues
When I’m on Wi-Fi, the app works okay and I’ll have to sign in twice, but when you’re on your mobile network, it doesn’t recognise your password which doesn’t really work when you’re out and about, fix the app please so that login stay permanent with your Face ID.

Pros: Save money. Gift cards are stored in the app. Apple Pay option.
Cons: No easy way to find which cards have unspent balance. Add To Wallet doesn’t work. Help@Hand has better discounts. Some vendors requires a Captcha every time a card is accessed. A lot is steps needed to buy a new card (not helpful if you are in the checkout line)

Scam & fraudulent activity
They scam people and they do fraudulent activity. Bike was stolen (showed MET Police report) and they still want you to sign another contract to extend the hire period you saying that you still have the bike! And they want you to pay 25% of the value which is like £220 even tho the bike was stolen! They charge you extra no matter what! Definitely avoid them! Poor customer service.

Logging on
Logs me out far too often then frequently tells me my password is wrong when I try to log back in (I know it’s not) so I have to go through the lost password rigmarole. A right faff. Please update so we can do a biometric sign on. It massively puts me off using my discounts. Also please find a way to show us whether there is credit remaining on purchased gift cards.

It says I’ve put in the wrong passcode 3 times and has locked me out with no way of logging back on. Complete wast of time
Good app - few tweaks would improve it for the user
Would be good to have the option to delete vouchers once used, and also flag those that still have credit remaining on them.
