Changement d’horaires sans raison

Salam 3leykom
Cordialement.

Response from developer

Response from developer

Salam Alaikum, Thank you for contacting us. 1) Please check Salatuk permissions on your device Notification Settings Go to: Settings → Apps → Salatuk → Notifications Make sure the following options are enabled: Allow Notifications: ON Sounds: ON Badges: ON Show Previews: Always Notification Grouping: Automatic Location Settings Go to: Settings → Apps → Salatuk → Location Make sure that: Location Access: While Using the App Precise Location: ON 2) Important: Open Salatuk at least once per day Please note that you need to open the Salatuk app at least once per day. We recommend keeping the app open for about 10 seconds before closing it. This is necessary to update prayer time calculations and ensure notifications are delivered correctly. Due to Apple’s background task limitations on iPhone and iPad, these processes cannot run fully in the background. If you experience any issues with automatic location detection, please ensure that location permission is granted and that your device has a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, you may manually set your location by entering your city name in the Location screen. 3) Important Note About MDM (Device Management) Please verify whether your iPhone or iPad is managed by MDM (Mobile Device Management). MDM is a system used by organizations, schools, or companies to remotely manage and control devices. If your device is managed by MDM, the administrator may restrict notifications, background activity, location access, or other system features. In such cases, these restrictions are controlled by the device administrator, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that Salatuk will function correctly under these limitations. 4) Regarding Full Adhan on iPhone Apple’s iOS system does not allow notification sounds longer than 30 seconds. This is a technical limitation imposed by Apple and is beyond our control. This limitation is clearly mentioned in the app description before purchase. It states: “If you are familiar with Salatuk on other systems, please note that this iOS version does not support certain features such as Silent Mode after Adhan, Full Adhan, or Custom Adhan. These limitations are due to iOS technical restrictions, which we hope to remove once Apple allows them.” 5) Persistent Notification Persistent (ongoing) notifications are available in the Android version of Salatuk. However, this feature is not available on iOS or iPadOS because Apple does not support persistent notifications in the same way Android does. iOS restricts background services and continuous notifications, making it technically impossible to implement this feature similarly to Android. We will support these features as soon as Apple lifts these restrictions. 6) If prayer times are not correct If you find that the prayer times are incorrect for your location, please check: Menu (left side) → Settings → Prayer Times Calculation → Adjust Prayer Times On this screen, please ensure that no manual adjustments have been applied. If everything appears correct and you are still experiencing issues, please send us: Your city and country The correct prayer times according to the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs in your country 7) Salatuk Apple Watch Starting from version 2.4.1, Salatuk is now available on Apple Watch. Please make sure you update the app to the latest version from the App Store. To use Salatuk on Apple Watch: Make sure your iPhone or iPad is paired and connected to your Apple Watch. Salatuk will automatically install on your watch. Before opening Salatuk on your Apple Watch, please open Salatuk on your iPhone or iPad at least once per day. This ensures that prayer time calculations are updated correctly and synchronized with your Apple Watch. With thanks and appreciation, Salatuk Team

Response from developer
