Really bad created app, no time spent creating it
This restaurant needs a lot of work, it’s dirty all the time, the customer service was terrible. they ignored me half the time they make you pay for EVERYTHING you might as well charge for the little ketchup packets as well…

Malfunctioning App
Everytime I open the app to order food or to check the menu its always saying error. I go to my profile it says error and doesnt load it. It barely loads anything. The food is delicious but the app is annoying.

Can never get points
Every time I try to log in into my account to earn points, the app believes I’m making a new account. The rewards system needs refreshing, and the ordering system should be on the app, and not in an external link in Safari.
Never works
I can never order from the app. I go to the restaurant and place an order and there is not a place for me to enter my receipt information
Rewards
I hate how I have to say my phone number out loud at the window for points. It should be easier like a scan code or code number.
App crashes immediately
Download app onto my iPhone 14 Pro. App crashes immediately as soon as I try to open it. Rebooted phone to see if that was the issue. Still doesn’t work. (Edit: I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail)
App is better, but could use more work
The app is actually quite functional and seems like it’s been working a lot better, but a lot of images won’t load or are unavailable. And when you look for locations, it will have to open Safari just to link to the Salem’s website.
Needs works
The app has great potential but it lags and there are icons i can’t tap. I tried to order online and I couldn’t so I ended up just going to the store only for them to tell me “they don’t do the app here”
Can’t even order
Whenever I open the app, select order now, and choose a location, it always says “No restaurants matching that store reference.” Even though I’m obviously choosing a valid open location. So I can’t even view the menu because of this error. Also the app overall is very awkward and clunky.

what’s the point of having an app if you can’t place an order with it? no matter how often i try updating or reinstalling, it says “no restaurants matching that store reference” when i try to use the “order now” feature. please fix.
Can’t order thru the app
Can’t mobile order, even if I’m 2 feet away from the building the app says it cannot find my store. I guess at least I can scan the app, but it’s a waste of space on my phone tbh

Gift Card Balance
There has to be a much better way to see what the balance on a gift card may be. The applications Gift Card section is broken. Please fix as soon as possible.

Delayed order
The app is good. But the store doesn’t start making my food until I arrive 15 minutes later to pick it up. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Same again tonight
