Great for solo users, not teams
You can tell this was built for a solo user in mind and not a team. Their reporting and enterprise features are vastly lacking.

App interface complicated and not user-friendly
I’ve been forced to use this damn thing. The app needs to be changed quite a bit. Especially for those who were on the road all the time.
It works
Saves me a ton of time. When I use it I could get over 10 calls if I stay in zip code of near by zip code. Thank you for the improvements.
Only improvement suggestion. The flow to edit accounts info should be on every page. Maybe I’m doing this wrong. For example when I’m making a route and the address for the account is incorrect, it would be nice to correct the address to that account at any point if there is human error.
Please correct me if that is possible now.
