I absolutely love this app! We have been using this at my company since 2013 and I wouldn’t have it any other way! We have close to 20 salesmen around the west coast and this app is huge for data retention! As a manager, this app allows me to see what my guys are doing on a daily basis and it helps me to follow up with them about their calls. I have also had to hire new salesmen for an existing area and this allows my new hire to easily pick up where my last salesmen left off. I couldn’t imagine having to go back to a pad and paper for our daily notes!!

A decent seeming app, held back by lack of crucial features
My team shares an account. I wish we could search opportunities and prospects by associate name like I can on the desktop site.
I also am a bit disappointed that there isn't a way to sync calendar events and contacts to the device from a specific associate name. It has a menu option for this idea to be implemented but doesn't seem to actually do anything. Weird.
That said, I gave this app 2 stars because it's at least useful for quick adding prospects or updating a note while you're on the go.

Sales Coord
I'm not to impressed with this app, because it won't work! I download it to my iphone and select the app, I see a cup of coffee for 10 seconds and then it closes. The web version works, but I find the site confusing and overloaded with info. It could be stream lined

Excellent product, excellent service!
We looked at many CRM programs, and found SalesNOW to be a great value and an excellent product. They as a company listen to your concerns and take the time to help bring you up to speed with their program. An A rating all the way.
Poor sync
I use an iPad mostly at home and in office and an iPhone on the road. Changes currently simply do not sync. Unless this is fixed, this program has become useless to me on the road, which is my main reason for wanting to use it. UPDATE-the latest fix now sync well from iPhone to iPad but not from iPad to iPhone. Fix this and it will be a five star app

Works pretty poorly to be honest. The sync is unreliable, contacts and meetings with different owners were not viewable from mobile devices, and it crashed. Frequently. Useful but must be cleaned up to be a quality app
Perfect Alternative to Salesforce
Much better than salesforce and about 85% cheaper too.
Good CRM but...
I just wish there were more features and better ways to run reports. You can't even run a report on your phone, it can only be done with a pc. I'll update to 5 stars when the app gets some very needed updates.

Some buttons don't have labels. You have to guess at what they do. Sync is very poor.

Finally a CRM that helps rather than frustrates.
I have been using another CRM with mac book for years and have never felt like it was on my side. In fact I felt like it was hiding stuff from me deliberately. It would rarely sync with my phone and I was always struggling with it.
Now, not only does Salesnow do what it said it would do (CRM wise) it has simplified entering client names making it "enjoyable" and it syncs all that to my iPhone calendar and phone book at the same time.
The best part is your sales team can use their computers, blackberry or iPhone and management can see all the data. All data is instantly stored on the devise and on the cloud. Right on.
Love it. A true helper.
Feels like the 400 pound Guerrilla has gotten off my chest.
