Awful app
It just never works. Always has some bug, now it wont even let you order pickup, just third party delivery or make a reservation. It’s 2025, any college student can make a better app.
App is completely broken
I’m glad I’m not the only one having problems. A few weeks ago, the app completely broke. I can’t open it without getting an error message, and can’t do anything to fix it. Tried deleting and changing settings multiple times, still didn’t work. Please fix your app!!!

Fix app!
The app doesn’t allow me to select a different location; it automatically defaults to MA. I’m trying to order from Stamford, CT but it doesn’t allow me to change this. Also, once fixed would love if I can select “cash” option for pickup rather than forcing me to pay via credit card.
Ordering a New Haven
You need to fix this. I get the extended wait times. But the app freezes when you accept and try to place the order. Now I’m driving to Fairfield. It shows my dedication but it’s frustrating nonetheless.
