Color tracking is nice for color correction clients. Reminder texts go out on time. Pricing updates are easier than my old paper book.

This app is pretty cool has so much potential but I’m not sure it’s worth purchasing. I can’t figure out how to use the appointment reminder to confirm appointments for clients. I tried to do a test run on myself and nothing happened. Also the drop box needs to be updated so it can work with this app and the PayPal will not link up also. It needs many updates and if they were done I would keep this app in a heart beat because it has really neat aspects to help a Salon owner or independent contractor with there business. Why can't I bypass emails and addresses in client info?
I can't seem to bypass client info asking for email and address! I don't want to ask my clients for these things, and therefore I can't save the client profile info! I just want to be able to add their visits and color formulas. This is ridiculous!
Didn't even get to use it
It seemed to have a lot of things I would use but the only down fall is it makes you enter in an email and address before you can add a client. I understand the email but I'm not too sure about the address. Maybe change it to be an option.

I was looking for a salon software and decided to give Salon Manager a shot. This app has been tremendously helpful with managing and growing my business.

I recently went into business for myself and using Salon Manager app has been one of the best things I did. My clients love having the option to receive a message confirming their appointments. Good customer service, easy to navigate and reasonably priced.

I got this app absolutely occasionally and it got me some new ideas for business start-up. Who cuold imagine that hair salon could be managed by ipad application. I think it will be comfortable both for clients and me.

This app allows you to count your working time, time spent on customers and lets you quickly make schedule changes if necessary. Also it is very convenient to cash and accounting and this is a great and useful advantage of this app

Downloaded the app this afternoon. Got really excited, went to go out a client, and when I press save to schedule her… It crashed! This happened five times! And I paid for an upgrade! Trying to get a refund

I downloaded this program and every time I tried to use it the program would not open.

I was skeptical to change software, but it has been a breath of fresh air. We are able to schedule and check clients out without hassle. This company is worth taking a hard look at! Good customer service, easy to navigate, easy to train and reasonably priced.
