please fix!!!
never had a issue until last update now it will not let me book appointments. I have contacted them for help and no one has contacted me after several tries!!!!! frustrating!!!! I used to love it :(
App not opening
I really love this app, especially because it puts my name on Google when people search, and also because of the reminder texts sent to clients. My main beef is that it occasionally won't open. I switched the app from my iPod to my newer iPhone, but now it won't recognize that I have an internet connection. And yes, I DO have the connection, everything else works except this app. HELP!

Please help!
I just recently found out about this app, but after I downloaded it and attempted to register, I can't log in to my account. The website works fine but the app says my credentials are incorrect. I know they aren't tho. Someone help :((
Frustrated
I used to LOVE this app. Now it's a HUGE disappointment. It locked me out of my account and won't let me log in. I contacted the support team and have not heard back. I used ths app every day it's extremely frustrating.
Add standing appt option!!
I love the app since it sends texts for reminders. I want to be able to make standing appts since the majority of my clients are set up that way so if you could add that it would be great!!

No client history
Works great except I would love to be able to see client appointment history. I have been looking for something that will sync to my phone and tablet so I have my appointment book with me at all times.

Love this app. Can you get it to do standing appointments (90% of my clients are standing appts) and can we also be able to respond if a client responds to the auto reminder that is sent out in case of a cancellation?

This app is clean and easy to use. And is actually free. Unlike the others that charge even though they claim to be free. Great work!
So far so good! My days are less stressful.
The least favorite part of my day was confirming appts. I always wanted to do it in the morning but it's too early to call people so I'd end up doing it throughout the day. It was a real distraction and I always felt like phone calls bothered my clients. This app has seriously made me a happier person. It makes it easy for me and my clients love it too!!!!!

Almost perfect.
I want to give it 5 stars. But currently it's not letting me add any services. Also I'll give it 5 stars when it lets me decide how early in advance it confirms my clients. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so I need the app to confirm 25 hours in advance at least.

This app is simply excellent. I've had it on my phone for a couple of weeks and my business feels MUCH more organized. I love that it automatically sends text reminders to clients so that I don't have to worry about no-shows and constantly call and text all my people. I found it very easy to use and I'm getting positive feedback from my clients too. I would definitely recommend this app. Apps like these make me love my iPhone.
