Overall the app is so so. It constantly has to reboot and won’t let me use my credit card swiper plug in. It’s frustrating when you have a client waiting to pay and you have to restart your phone and wait for the app to stop swirling in order to finish and take your next client waiting.... I really want to use this app since it’s provided by JC’S, but it’s proving to be not so reliable, especially here lately. We need more updates and someone to really take interest in improving the app and fixing these glitches. For now, this app gets a 2... I'm gonna give it another month or so and I may have to switch to another one... please work on making this app great! You have lots of stylists and clients depending on it!

Glitches! And Bad Management.

Been using this app for 9 weeks now. It’s not awful. For the most part it’s simple to follow along and understand but there are glitches. It’s hard to keep track of your sells when the system will not pull up the correct dates. It doesn’t have a decent/easy way to sell gift certificates. The app it’s self will freeze up and have to refreshed through out the day. When dealing with customer service for guidance it has been THE WORST experience. I don’t think they know how to answer the questions. Still waiting for issues to be resolved. Is this a small company with 2 employees? It feels like it. They make a new business owner feel so unsure, confused and lost. I will be switching as soon as my current issues are resolved. As a new business owner i should be able to trust the program i am using.

Lazy developers

Tenants pay rent to include this app because it’s such junk they have to pay for something else that work. Invest in the app or move on.

Does not disappoint

I am loving the newest updates. Client management is so much easier and I’ve even gotten new clients because of the app. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly resolved after contacting the help desk. I received personal attention! Hard to find these days!!! Loving it!!!
