This company is HORRIBLE!!! It's been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my money. There is no way to contact this company and they will not respond to my emails. Do not use this company they are thieves!!!!!

They steal your money! they will not contact you I have been contacting them for over five months now it's going to be six months where they have not responded they are taking over hundreds of dollars from me. They don't even deserve one star. They are terrible terrible people. This is a warning please people do you not get the service or you'll be stuck. I have tried to delete my account numerous of times and they won't let me.

Criminal company
A class action lawsuit is a great idea. I too have been using Square for at least two years. I used Salon Swipe for a very short time. They took forever to deposit my money. I too after two years of discontinuing their service am happily using square. Four months ago Salon Swipe started withdrawing monthly service fees from my account, apparently random amounts. I have emailed and called. What's very disturbing is there is no way to leave a message or speak to customer service rep. There is a message on the phone about a government mandated charge but square doesn't charge it. So, I'm not even sure it's legit. It's the only message on the phone, I even pressed the sales ext number and it leaves this same message which also says to email customer support. Of course, they don't get back to you either. I'm afraid I will have to call my bank to see if they can block the charges. Submitting a claim to the FTC may be an option for all of us too. Please, beware my fellow stylists, real companies communicate and have a real phone and don't take money from inactive accounts. There are many other LEGAL MC/V services out there!

I haven't used salons wipe in two years. Now they have charged my account without my consent. Even used different codes to keep taking money from my account. I'm going to have to change my bank account to stop it. I'm livid .
Don't do business with these people!
After four months of trying to close my account they are still charging me! Reader never worked either. I went with Chase Bank and they are great.

Do Not!!! Repeat Do Not download this app... Do not use the swipe. Don't give them your personal info. Do Not!!!!! Unless you want your bank account to start missing money.... I am so frustrated i can cry... I hate injustice and this tops it!!!

This company is terrible, and dishonest. The reader never worked, nor did the app. Unable to use I switched to a different company. After years of doing so and never using salonswipe, they reached into my bank account and stole my money, along with countless others. They will not answer phone calls trying to rectify the situation. After a week of trying to contact them I finally get a sorry not sorry generic email of how its non refundable and they have to charge these fees. Even though their website still states no fees, which is an absolute lie, and along with no contact whatsoever to let their "customers" know they will be charging a fee they reach into your bank account and help themselves. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company unless you like liars and thieves.

Terrible/shady service
I cancelled my account since I found square to be much more Sufficient. After two years of not using salon swipe, they are charging me a monthly fee. Since I cancelled my account, there is no way to log into my account. They are extremely shady. I have tried calling them countless times and have emailed them three times now, leaving me with no choice but to change my whole bank acct all together. Wish I could give this no stars. Very inconvenient & upsetting

You can believe all these recent reviews! This company is anything but professional. they give us a sob story of how they’ve absorbed the FANF fees since 2012 and can no longer do that. So instead of letting they’re loyal customers know, they just go ahead and charge the fee without letting us know. Then they continue to help themselves to your bank account even after saying no more fees will be charged when you asked to have your acc’t closed. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CRIMINALS!

Do not get this app!
After years of not using this app because they do not have good service they decide to withdraw money from my account? BS!!! Do not get this app and do not process payments through them.
Terrible Company!
I wouldn't even give this company one star! The app does not work well and neither does the card reader. Salonswipe makes withdrawals from your bank account without emailing you to inform you why and what it's for. Salonswipe states they have no monthly fees ...they LIE!! Customer Service won't even answer your phone calls stating they have a high volume of calls so try back later. Plus they will not even reply to your emails! I've read other reviewers and they are fed up too with good reason.
I closed my bank account and emailed them to close my Salonswipe account which I received another charge for!!

No notification to me and now a service charge out of my bank account without any warning and No answering there so called 24 hour support or sales I think this is criminal. I might even call the better business bureau. Going to close my bank account. Deserves a 0

This deserves zero stars honestly. Horrible support. I haven't used them in about 3 years and suddenly I get a service fee charged to my account. Canceled my account. Use Square instead.

terrible service! cancelled account but they didn't cancel now I can't log in or get a live person on the phone because after two years of never not using the product I am getting monthlong service cc fee. total bs. I use square and could not be happier and no cc ffn fee. don't waste your time with this app there are to many others that are better and with customer service that helps.

Not a good update
Since the update, it won't process transactions. And, if I try to attach a client to the transaction, it won't even take me to the swipe screen. I've tried two different devices.

Since the update, I haven't been able to take credit cards & customer service has not responded. Not an update in my opinion.

Highly Recommended App and Extremely User Friendly A+
I purchased the salonswipe app to make it easier to receive money from my customers. I am very satisfied with this app. This is a great app for small businesses and people on the go. The transactions appear within a couple days of receipt and I have not had any issues. There is a cutoff time for transactions that if you do not process them before 3 pm the transaction will go into the next business day for processing, but no issues there as that is with any bank institution as well as internet ordering. I use the iphone and when installing it asks for permission to use the speaker, I usually allow those notifications when they appear on apps, just a forewarning. I mention this as my friend did not allow this and we figured out that she had to go into her settings to adjust the speaker for the app to work properly. It is extremely user friendly and there is support available at all times if needed. You can also manage your account online as well, this is good for checking your account and features that you use. I have shared this with a few others who will also be downloading this in place of others apps out there for this purpose. I have not had any issues with the app and highly recommend it to others. A+
