Bad app, bad software
Way too many issues and almost no help at all from customer service or “customer success” representatives.

My salon team loves the convenience of this app.
Frustrating
This app needs some serious work. I always look at my salon ultimate app before heading to work. The app shows the percentage of clients I have but most of the time it doesn’t show me who is scheduled or what time, it’s just an empty schedule. For example I had 1 client scheduled, I show up to work and check the work computer and my client is scheduled at the end of the day so I had to wait about 4 hours for the client to come in, had I known the time my client was schedule I wouldn’t have came in so early.

Lots of glitches
My employer uses this software and the app doesn’t consistently show all my appointments but the computer version does. Its a pain to have to go to the other side of the facility to make sure I know what all of my appointments are when I have the app that should be consistent.
WORST UPDATE
Change it back to the original format. Not only is the quality low and it messes with my astigmatism, it’s so messy looking how small and compact it looks. CHANGE IT BACK
Worst ever
This is thee worst, most glitchy scheduling app I’ve ever used in this industry. I can’t count how many times it has royally messed up my books. Now, apparently we’ve had an update and the timing for my appointments has been decoded. Thanks for nothing. Seriously, get it together. There are MUCH better options out there.

Best in industry
Salon Ultimate has been an absolute game changer for my salon. We were stuck in the water with our old software, until we made the decision to switch, and it couldn’t be better. We have 4 locations, and the way we are able to easily view and switch between our stores is perfect. This system is so easy, it pretty much runs my business for me.

Perfect!
App works great. Just what I need to do from my phone. Owner just let us start using it in our salon and we wish we had it before Christmas.

Not working
App won’t even open on my phone. Initially opened and now it won’t.
Needs improvement
There is no option to see the clients history, when they last came in, what services they last had, how much they paid last visit. This app sometimes takes a long time to load and connect.
CANT BLOCK TIME
I can no longer use the block time feature. No one at my salon can. Super annoying to have to call the salon when we want to change our schedule.
