Bad Service
I had booked an appointment and paid a deposit a week in advance to go to the salon on the day and find out that they re closed ! I was so upset , as i had an event to go to and was such short notice i could nt find another place that would take me. Meanwhile i tried to get in touch with salony over the phone no response . I filled a feedback 5 days ago and asked they send me the deposit back and no answer till now . Today i sent them the second feedback ... waiting ..

Very bad app & customer service
I can’t even get on the app to see the salon because I have to verify my number. And in order to verify the number they have to send a code. I’ve never received a code!! Even after multiple tries!!! And the customer service is even worse! I waited so long on their chat regarding the issue with the code and after 15 min on waiting for a reply I gave up!!! Worst app ever!!!

قاعده احاول اسجل بالبرنامج لمن حطيت رقم موبايلي و بالغلط نسيت احط الكود الي وصلني و الحين مو راضي يضبط ان اسجل يا ليت احد يكلمني و يساعدني ..
