Can’t login anymore
I have rewards with Salsa Fresca tied to my cell phone number. I can’t login anymore with the new app. If I try the Forgot Password process - it says I don’t have an account. If I try to create an account it says there is a duplicate account with my phone number. Round and round we go.

Never Get it Right
Never order from the App. They never get the order right!!!
New app is so much better!
I’ve always loved Salsa Fresca’s food and now their app is as fresh as their guacamole!
Ordering is easy and I love their rewards program. I was able to add my existing gift card to wallet so I always have it with me.

The Updates Ruined the App
The app used to work just fine (aside from being able to use reward points). Now you can’t customize the items or add more than one topping to a build your own order. You can’t use the app at all now.
Gift Cards
The new app is much better than the old one. Gave it 3 stars because you can’t add your existing gift cards to the app. So if you buy an actual gift card as a gift for someone or receive one you can’t use on the app.
Where’s the menu in the app?
If you are trying to sell or order food, it would help if you post your menu on the app!

Now SF come on, I understand things happening but with today’s technology climate you would think your app would at least load. I have attempted several times to load and every time there is an issue. Food is decent wish the app was.
Not worth it
It wont even let me chose what location I want to pick my food up at, the one they set it to is over an hour away when I’m less then 10 minutes from another. It’s extremely anoying to try and do pretty much anything on this app.
App doesn’t respond on a regular basis
When the app works it is ok. Doesn’t let you navigate back and add things items easily. But about 50% time doesn’t load or will only load a partial menu. Most frustrating food app I’ve used.
Dumb and Dumber
would be nice if it knew about the restaurant from which I downloaded the app. Lol, this is just plain useless.

better off using grubhub or a third party service because this app is just like children it doesnt listen it takes your money and is incredibly hard to purchase, seven confirmation screens asking if this is my order and finally let my card info in. i tried to do pickup because delivery takes too long and there was no option to pick it up so i had to hold up my work longer so i could eat

Probably would have been better to just order when I got there
Food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the estimated pick up time. Was waiting at Salsa Fresca for 30 minutes. Watched about 15-20 people go ahead of me in the line and get their food while I just watched. Shouldn’t have even bothered ordering ahead.
Don’t receive friend referral points
I sent out 5 friend referrals and didn’t receive any of the points. There’s also nobody to talk to about this issue, the franchise employees can’t help with it! i love the restaurant, but this is annoying.
Doesn’t Work
Constantly freezes trying to place an order for pick up. Updated app and IOS on iPhone 14 Pro MAX. Guess I’ll get Chipotle tonight :)
Food is great, but the app needs work
The folks at my local S.F. are great. The food is good, freshly, tasty. So this is only a review of the app. The app is not intuitive. It seems to remember nothing from prior uses—like location, or pickup/delivery. It’s hard to navigate within the app—to get to the shopping cart, for example. It’s adequate, but nothing more.

sent someone the referral code to get points and they used it and I never received the points. This app is a scam and will never use it again.
Worst App Ever
Losing my cart and having to start over is par for the course. Beyond frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years and it hasn’t improved.
NEW App is Amazing!
I love the new Salsa Fresca App! It’s so easy to earn points and place orders! I heard they have a new online ordering site going live soon. I’m so excited, I love Salsa Fresca!
