Terrible app
This app has so many flaws I don’t know where to start. It has eaten my points so many times without it actually going towards bringing down the price of my order. The app closes randomly and freezes. It is clunky and doesn’t have a profile where it shows my current points balance. Also when we order in the store and enter in the number, your number has to be entered at a specific time in the order process or it won’t catch. Please fix your system and refund my points!!!

Please just hire employees, a vacant counter with a sign to scan and order via QR is not acceptable. I will never order food like this. Get it together.
Rewards system
Rewards system made more sense on their old app. You cannot track your rewards on this app.
Good app
I use this to get lunch all the time, it works great and you get all the rewards too!
Great food. Terrible app
That’s about it. App hardly works. Makes it so inconvenient I almost didn’t even order, but was dead set on getting a burrito within walking distance and not driving to chipotle.
When it works it’s great
I’d say most of the time I’m unable to place my order. It errors and tells me to log in again to continue - which doesn’t help and just loops me to the same error message. When it works it’s great though!
Doesn’t send comments
Wrote comments to customize my order and I guess it didn’t go through. Got a bunch of random food instead. Comments showed in my confirmation email, but the restaurant didn’t receive them.
The App Needs Updating
I found the app difficult to use. The cart showed at the bottom of the screen then went away randomly and there is no cart button anywhere else on the site. Eventually the cart popped back up so maybe it just lagged? They should also add Pay Pal or Apple Pay on the site to make it more secure and easy for people to create accounts.
The “locations” tab doesn’t show the addresses of the 3 locations, so I had to look up which location was located closest to me.
I do think the presentation of the app is pretty cute tho.

App review not of restaurant
This is the worst app ever. It took me nearly 20 minutes to not complete my order. Every little click has to load for 30 seconds and then it wouldn’t let me pay. I called my order in like usual and it was perfect. I’ll leave a 5* yelp review in its stead
Doesn’t work.
Unusable. Doesn’t let you add food.
Unable to Place Order
Severe bug in application prevents you from being able to add items to your “cart”. Makes app unusable.
Please add payment options
The app is super easy to navigate and even customize your food. The major omission is the option to pay using Apple Pay rather than save a credit card into this app. Please consider adding Apple Pay for better security!
