We love Salsaritas!
Almost every Sunday since shortly after they opened, we have eaten lunch at this location after church. To the point where I consider the Sunday staff my friends! We appreciate their genuine good moods and attitudes, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the nachos lol 10/10 See y’all Sunday🫶🏼

And buddy if you ever tried at some point in your life in the last 20 years to order from them online but you still have the same phone number now as you did then, well, enjoy your 23 minute ride into the bowels of h e double hockey sticks trying to get checked out. Save yourself the pain - check out as guest. App gets 0 stars just from the checkout experience.

Always correct and friendly
A lot of restaurants are not doing quality assurance with orders. I have yet to pick up one from this location where it wasn’t just right. The staff is always kind and friendly.

App is complete trash. I had to enter info like a dozen times over 2 days to make it work

Malfunctioning App
I was trying to submit my order. I get to the phone number section, I enter it, and I get ‘phone number already in use’, then it won’t let me submit the order.

Pitiful app
One of the worst fast food apps. Can’t read all of the descriptions of what the restaurant offers. Doesn’t allow Apple Pay. Bare minimum app, very disappointed.
Totally Worthless
I go to Salsarita’s about once every 2-3 months and usually forget that I’ve got this app, and it’s just as well. The last couple of times I’ve tried using it, it won’t let me log in. I’ve attempted to change my password, used an alternate email address to re-register, but all to no avail. Every time, it tells me that I’ve entered invalid credentials.
Whenever I take my whole family, we spend upwards of $60, and I’d like to get what’s coming to me and to have the confidence that it’ll be available when I want to redeem my points.

Need ApplePay
In the day and age of card info being stolen regularly through being save in profiles, it would be so nice to be able to use apple-pay in the app for a safer transaction.
Annoying user experience
I like the food, hate the app. Finished order and asked for phone number but asking my number errors saying phone number is already in use. Used made up number just to complete order. Then adding credit card you can take a picture but that doesn’t work so manually entered it. Why not Apple Pay?Just frustrating things you should fix.

Fix your app
Changed password, still wouldn't allow me to log in. Had to create a new account and not able to use same phone number since it was already attached to my previous account...
Will not open
The app will not open. It simply says there is an error and will not let me even get to the login page or any other page. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, close my iPhone down, retry, and continue to get the same error message.
