Can not log in
Anytime I try to log it it goes to a page saying “bad data gateway”
Gets the job done, could be better
Easy enough to find a book, put a hold etc. Features I wish we could add: allowing filters for language. Right now you can’t do it at all in the app, on the computer you can search but you have to search for a specific word instead of just filtering all the books by language. (With so many local immersion programs this should be a priority). It would also be nice if there were a history of books checked out and a way to save book lists. I’d love to save links to our favorite books based on events/holidays/seasons to easily put on hold again.

I’m using an iPhone and all I get is a blank white screen
Constant bugs
**dropped a star. The bugs and glitches have gotten so much worse! It makes the app unusable. I like the app when it works. I like to be able to place holds on my books and renew checkouts. Every time they make updates to the app, however, everything is glitchy. You click on book titles, but nothing loads, you have a blank white screen forever. Its as though developers never test anything before releasing. I have a brand new iPhone that’s up-to-date on software, age of my device is not the issue.

Too slow
This app is terribly slow. It is too frustrating to use. When searching for a book, search results never pull up. Just a white “trying to load” screen.
Glitchy
They just updated the app and now it no longer works: just keeps refreshing and trying to load.

Horrible!!!
STILL TERRIBLE!!!! UNUSABLE!!! Just updating my review to say I can no longer use the app at all. It times out. Searching for titles is impossible. I’m disgusted with Salt Lake County Library system for using this app. I would love to support my library system, but you’ve made it impossible to use, so to Audible I go.
The new version is so bad. We used to be able to see how many holds were on a title BEFORE we placed a hold. That got taken away. So frustrating. No more emails letting us know when our held titles become available. I missed out on a title because I was expecting an email telling me it was ready. Now I have to wait all over again to get it, and check the app regularly. Just searching for a title or author is a nightmare. It will say there’s no such title, yet searching the author’s name with their middle initial included, will bring up a list of their books, and eventually the book I want is listed. Yeah, I’m spelling the title correctly. It’s ridiculous that I have to do so much tedious searching to find titles. Seriously, why bother having an app if it’s this bad? Everything good got taken away.

Search selection won’t load
When I search items and click to see copies and details the search won’t load

I used the library app many years ago, and it wasn’t very user friendly. I thought I’d give it another try and it is so much better. It is very easy to switch between cards for my different family members. The interface is much clearer. I appreciate that my card barcode is easily accessible too.

Horrendous
Search function is a joke. Extremely hard to find authors and titles I know are there. The older version was crappy, but a lot better than what we have now.
Missing lists!
On the website I can use lists, but they don’t show on the app. I’d prefer to use the app, but love my lists.
Super glitchy!
So grateful for the service but the app is terrible. Be prepared to restart the app multiple times a day. Sometimes won’t ever load at all. To download new book using Libby is really annoying because it doesn’t remember you or your device and I won’t be remember my whole library card number.
Needs improvement
In addition to other comments, I would appreciate if the app had a wish list to which I can add books I find, but don’t want immediately. Otherwise I forget books or have way too many checked out at once.
This app never works
This app is constantly frozen. Often it doesn't load when you open it. When it does, it only sometimes lets you search the catalog or pull up your e-card. This app is very unreliable.
Please add multiple accounts
Please allow for multiple library cards to be saved in the app. I would love to be able to click on one of my kids’ accounts (for they have their own library card), having their library card number saved in the app and I can easily click to each of my kids’ accounts within the app. Please!
Super glitchy
So so glitchy lately. I don’t know if an update went bad or what but I have to keep deleting the app so it will work. Super annoying. Hopefully there is an update fix soon.

SO inconvenient to have to type in the card number and pin every time. Please fix this, thank you! Also, a link to history would be great, saved titles etc. But at the very least, it needs to store card number
