You made is Bad
We use to love this app and insole . Now the it is very glitchy. Auto timer die not work because of the glitch. You messed up a good thing by doing too many updates for not reason. The first version was perfect.

Insoles don't connect
I've tried two different pairs of insoles on two different devices and they will not pair. I also contacted their support and never heard back.

Hi, Scottymac712. Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for your unconvenience. I recommend you to check the follows: 1. The device's specifications; Our app is available at least on iOS 12.0 and later. 2. Please delete the insoles’ on one device, and try again with the other device. 3. You can reset the insoles before connection; charge the both sides of those until you feel vibration on those while pressing heel parts. The App and it’s functions
I purchased the footbeds online from Amazon and downloaded the app from the App Store. It’s a scam! There is no US based app function. I returned the soles and never got a refund. Stay away from them and their programs.
Improved with updates
App seems to run better than before, plus new features have been added. Pairing can still be a slight pain though.
Bad Update
This last update is terrible . The video swing analysis is all messed up. Awful update. Please restore the previous version.

Log-in
The app forces you to log in via Facebook or Google which I don’t want to do so it renders the product useless. It was possible to use in previous versions so why did you change this feature?
Latest update seems to have resolved connection problem
Had one connection issue before most recent app update and now works brilliantly. Great app and product for golf swing analysis.
Unable to connect
Out of the box and after charging I could connect.
2nd day the app can’t find the soles.
It keeps saying check battery.
So I put the soles on charge for a couple of hours and nothing, same message when trying to connect, check battery.
Changed usb charger plug still nothing.
The problem with this in app message is there’s no way of checking if the soles are charged. No indicator on the cable, soles or in app before there connected to the app.

Needs work
Great idea, app and product need a lot of work. Constant disconnects including disconnecting just one insole leads to the data being completely useless. Also filming ends up cropped in for some weird reason often times cutting out the ball. There’s also no sound associated with the recording so you can’t hear whether you chunked it or hit it pure.

No lefty golfers crashes on iPhone 8
On iPhone 8 it crashes when trying to review or compare.
Please add reverse foot information. You can change video from right hand to left but the feet data at the bottom do not match. Also there are no left handed pro golf videos.

IOFIT is an amazing solution!
I always get stressed when I swing at that time. Because there is no way to know my invisible data like weight shift, center of pressure and swing balance and so on. In terms of that It could be an amazing solution to improve my swing skills.
