Trudno cokolwiek ustawić
Jeśli rozważasz zakup systemu Salus do sterowania ogrzewaniem i zależy Ci na wygodnej obsłudze w aplikacji to będziesz bardzo zawiedziony. Trudno jest tu cokolwiek ustawić. Appka jest całkowicie nieintuicyjna. Ustawianie harmonogramów, jeśli jest ich więcej niż jeden to droga przez mękę. Zmiana temperatury możliwa tyko za pomocą przesuwania kropki po kółeczku, gdzie z reguły potrzeba kilku podejść, żeby nie ustawić za dużo ani za mało, no chyba że użyjesz do tego szpilki. Standardowymi palcami zawsze przeskakuje. Design z poprzedniej epoki.

Разработчики даже не в состоянии наладить отправку письма для подтверждения почты. Пробовал разные почтовые ящики, ни приходит ни на один. Или у них отправляет письма не программа а человек, который в запое на новогодние праздники?
App needs complete rework!!!
I have chosen continual for my UFH …under concrete GF and wood flooring FF. hardware works perfect…WiFi system and Thermostats work as they should…but hell the App is programmed by some cheap labour with less common sense than a child would have. It needs complete rework. If you can’t figure it out yourself email me and I give you enough ideas what can be improved. Grouping too complicated. Presets too complicated. Different status settings don’t work well. Overall 1(10) for this app! I change me stats if you rework your app, and your website access which is basically the same rubbish software.

Not the best
Constantly having to change setting numerous times because they don’t save. Takes about 3 attempts before the settings save to what you actually want.
Ok app but needs some updates
The UI is quite ugly and slow. Big minus is the lack of homekit integration!
App is okay, does its job
There was an issue with the SmartHome server being offline so the app was not working. Issue was fixed promptly and now everything works.
The app feels old and not very modern, only the Dashboard/Home looks good, can be greatly improved in UX/UI, however it does its job. Would be really nice to have more features like keeping some kind of history/logs, the time the thermostat was running for the past day/week/month, statistics, etc

все працювало, а потім почало видавати повідомлення помилки при вході. Вже добу не входить в аккаунт…і части з ним так?
It’s good… when it works
Salus app returns a 500 error for more than 12 hours today. Things are functioning, but i can’t relay on the smoke sensors to notify me if the app isn’t working.
Same for heating, i locked the thermostats for kids reasons and now with the app down i’m locked outside. This is not acceptable for -4° degrees temperatures.
There’s no status page, no information publicly announced anywhere…

It’s not working
Hi. App has stopped working. It won’t sign in. I can’t control my heating at all. Even in local Wi-Fi mode. What is going on? It is your 4/11/23 update?
Shocking stability
Since the general upgrades 4 days ago, the network connectivity can’t maintain itself. Resorting to manual control. Get it sorted out. You know what the problems are. Fix them.
Update Bug??
Habe heute festgestellt, dass ich mich in der App nicht mehr anmelden kann. Die Web Version funktioniert aber zeigt komplett kuriose Werte an.
Leider weiß ich nicht wo ich mich sonst hinwenden soll.
Bitte unbedingt mal checken.
Der Gateaway blinkt immer wieder blau und grün.
Sonst eigentlich zufrieden mit der App.

Login error
From today i can not login. It says try again later. Its picky
App is dead after the uodate
After the last update the app doesn’t work. I can’t login and command the thermostats
I’m not able to login into my account.
It started couple of days ago. I thought maybe my internet connections was bad at the time but now it is obvious that the app is not working. The error is (-1) or (500) when I try to login.
