App is Poo
It’s been terrible for as long as I remember but it’s gotten worse with the bugs and crashes. Very outdated. Won’t save my login info. Kept crashing before I could save my ticket. Some drop down items weren’t showing up. Please update the app! Updated technology will benefit your company and your loyal donors. Also what is this user interface screenshot bc my app does not look like that. Anywho please update!!

Asking for help
Staff is Rude and office manager yells at people, asks questions she has no business knowing about what you do with your money. I was going to see if I could get some help with my rent but I wasn’t planning to stiff them, I was planning to give them a wardrobe that is worth $1500 so they could make it where they could get the money back and possibly make even more. But I tell you that lady in the office has no business whatsoever working with people.

Dead App
No functionality. No locations for their drop offs or stores. Unresponsive app. All it seems to do is collect your personal data.
Missing App Icon on iPad
Can the developer please fix the missing app icon when installed on iPad?
