Has gone down

It’s takes 6-8 hours sometimes for an answer . Out of the many times I’ve used the service on 2 were on point the rest makes up stuff . Although for entertainment services it’s still our money we are spending . Customer never sides with the customer so you never get a refund or a replacement reading .
