App needs serious update!!!

Worked great till the service being shut down for maintenance every other day this week. Now, on the iPhone SAM app, when the side-sliding menu is used (for adding, removing, anything), it comes up with tiny blue sections that cannot do a thing, opposed to the normal menu that allowed all the various functions…. WHAT IS GOING ON???

My subscription just renewed, Spacial / Cleverbridge took my money just fine this month on the renewal date. The only thing that has changed, is the app is useless 50% of the time. Can SAM Cloud app be updated? Fixed? Bugs that cripple the app fixed? Does anybody care about this feature at Spacial? PLEASE… There hasn’t been an update in a very long time. Apples iOS had some issues with many popular apps last month, hence them releasing THREE bug fixes in one day. Can Spacial figure this out?

Needs a few things

Tbh, the app needs a song preview feature much like the site. You should also add in being able to edit the song the same way you could on a computer.

Does not live broadcast from cellular, only WiFi.

I have been a long time owner/user of Sam Broadcaster Pro and now Sam Broadcaster Cloud, but recently (July) started to try live streaming (first from my computer with Sam DJ, but recently with apps). I had trouble at first with the PC, but a tech rep named Mathew found that my account was not on their live streaming server. He changed it on July 30, and everything worked. Once the PC was able to interrupt the station properly, I downloaded 3apps and configured them for use (July 31). They worked perfectly, all three (iziCast, PocketStreamer, and iCast 2). Again, that was July 31st... I tested them again in late September because my station had a few events that we were scheduled to attend, and wanted to live-stream via the apps. However, now none of the three apps worked. I had previously download the Sam Broadcaster Cloud app so that I could remotely MANAGE the station, in which I found it to work well at. I did not know that it had live-streaming ability since it is not covered in their tutorials. Mathew told me how to do it, but when I tried I kept getting two errors, “live streaming failed” and “failed to connect to mobile live streaming server”. When it gave me the “live streaming failed” error, it connected for 1second and disconnects. I noticed that the app would connect to the station 3 out of 5 attempts successfully when my phone is set to WiFi, but 0% of the time when my phone was set to cellular. This happens on my iPhone 8+, my daughter’s 8+, my wife’s 7, and my 6+. I told Mathew of this and he said it must be my carrier (AT&T). I spoke with AT&T for over 90 minutes and they see no problem with phone or service. I spoke with Apple at the Apple store for almost 45 minutes. They checked my 8+ and 6+, finding no problem with network or settings. To be even more certain, I paid the additional $5 to activate more mobile DJ licenses and set my business partner in NJ up with the Sam app and credentials. His worked on WiFi but not cellular just like with me (and seemingly another reviewer of this app from 2018 who had the same problem). HE USES SPRINT!!! How could it be two wireless carriers at fault (AT&T and Sprint)? Not to mention the other 3 apps failing to connect. Support keeps telling me that it has to be my phone. 5 phones in total? 2 carriers? With 0% success over cellular? I do not carry a computer/modem combination to live concerts to live-stream events, so WiFi-only capability won’t work for us. It has been more than 2 weeks back and forth with Sam support, and now they stand firm that it is somehow not their problem. ZERO STARS FOR MOBILE STREAMING!!! (The App Store wont let me leave it at zero, so I am leaving it 1 star. Really disappointed...

Buena app

Es buena la aplicación, pero después de la ultima actualización los link los abre en la misma app y no te puedes regresar, tienes que cerrar la app y volver abrir, de igual manera ya no se puede hacer Copy paste de los link generados para el streaming

Worked well, until...

I can’t seem to remove items from the upcoming queue any more. Maybe since the last update? Super excited to have more functionality on iOS, although, really, a touch-friendly web interface would be better...
