Samarth is good.. not the app
The app forces you to login ie does not use face biometrics. The notification does not work for new messages because of it.
Also WhatsApp is much better for communication than an app.

Good service but incomplete and buggy app
Good:
- Caretakers unload all interaction into the app
Bad:
- Task list just dumps all kinds of notifications. I do not need a notification that I have added a contact. Functionality to mark notifications as read does not work
- God forbid someone clicks in an image or an uploaded document. The whole app freezes after that sin
- Chat messages always show as unread
- No web access to read the documents comfortably. No one wants to read documents on the phone
- No search function in chat
It is clear that while the service is designed for taking care of elderly parents but the app is not thought out for that kind of life scenario and interaction.

Lack of notifications is a big issue
Given the importance of this app to keep track of our elderly parents, the lack of “new message” notifications (and “new message” badge count) makes it inefficient. That being said, i fully understand the utility of the rest of the app and having one place for all information
App dies not have a great user interface
The document vault is subpar. It has no list view to see the name of the document or date of creation, or a search feature.
Features not professional
The look and feel is subpar. Does not allow notifications. Limited functionality
