Stuck at Login Page
I setup a new password online so I went to the app to login and I enter my credentials but nothing happens after I tap the login button. Just just stays at logging in…

Can’t even login.
On their website when you go to members to login, it takes you to a website that doesn’t even work. When you sign in on the app, it just freezes and says “logging in” and nothing happens.

This app doesn’t work at all. Says logging in but does nothing.

Login page now just sits with a message of “logging in”. Their service is terrible anyway. I’d change providers if I could.

As stated by another reviewer, the app used to work, but now you can’t get past the login page. The app is useless and the only way you can access your info is to go online. Please fix this!
