Convenient when it worked but not anymore
This app was convenient to have history and appointments available.
However, it crashed upon launch and so I reinstalled the app. Now apparently there is no network connection. Did they just abandon the app? It was supposedly updated 6 months ago. What trash from one of the most reputable and modern international hospitals in Thailand.

Cannot believe!!!
I cannot believe this app was launched by one of the best hospital network in this country.
It’s not work at all for a week and there is no update to fix this kind of issue at all.
I have to deleted this app since now it is not working, so I don’t know why do I need to keep garbage app in my phone.

Not working on iOS14
The app stopped working after the upgrade to iOS 14. It does not request access to local network, and therefore does not go online
