App does not work with iPhone 13

Hey, Joseología! We're sorry your experience didn't went well so far. As a tip, depending on your hardware that has the music and/or your updated OS, it might read the label to tell you you're connected or not. But regardless of reading the device's label or not, you should be able to just connect to your iPhone with the app and record in the quality you need :) you can compare is certainly higher thatn the regular voicememo app, and you have controls for audio recording quality too in your settings :) We build this app with the goal of having the greatest quality possible out of our music instruments or recorders straight into our iPhones with the less effort possible for setting things up: just open the app and hit record. Then organize your recordings in folders.
No funciona
Puedes ayudarme aquí no funciona. Estoy en IOS 25.1 y conectando ligthning al usb c de la ep40 riddim (TE)

Buenas! Con gusto reviso qué sucede más a fondo, porque de primeras parece que todo va bien. ¿Haz probado con distintos cables USB-C? Hay algunos que no transmiten datos y por ende el USB audio no va, y es probable que esa sea la causa. Quedamos atentos a tu respuesta y si ya hubieras probado con varios cables, sobre todo algunos como más gruesos o así normalmente son los que pasan datos, para poder diagnosticar correctamente :) seguimos de nuestro lado revisando.
