Crashes! Error messages!
I keep giving IK a chance to show me they can tackle this iOS market. And they disappoint almost me every time ( the “almost” being Mixbox which is a masterpiece) . But This is the last. Anything involving the files system cause an error. Can’t load or save samples with an error.
For $99 I expected better. I’m sick of paying for the “potential” of IK media apps and regretting it. I won’t do that again.

Better than I thought initially
I’ll not go into an in depth review. I was very upset that there is not an option to not loop the sounds. I like the taped samples to actually end as they did on the original Mellotron. This makes me question if all the samples were actually sampled at their full length. The samples in the free sample pack download are only about three seconds long. Also some keys continually loop while others actually stop after a few seconds. Why the inconsistency. A little buggy as well. For lower price, I’d recommend looking at Streetlytron Pro, Mellotron XL, and Mellowsound. These are a bang for the buck and give a more authentic Mellotron experience.

Keeps Crasing
Every time I try to export the sounds from GarageBand to my email, SampleTron crashes or becomes disabled
